What are the class types?

Bright Path Yoga offers a variety of classes tailored to different age groups and needs, including traditional yoga sessions, breathwork exercises, private lessons, and wellness workshops designed for specific populations. Each session is focused on enhancing wellbeing.

How can I join online classes?

To join our online classes via Zoom, register on our website where you’ll find the schedule and registration instructions. You'll be guided through the process, allowing you to comfortably practice from home.

What should I bring to class?

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you feel comfortable with, such as blocks or straps. For onsite classes, we have extra mats and props that you may use. Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement to enhance your yoga experience.
