About the event
This restorative yoga class welcomes people of all ages and body types. All poses are done on the floor, with assistance available if you need help moving to and from the floor using a chair for support. Restorative yoga uses helpful props like bolsters and blankets to make it easy to enter into gentle poses and to provide support while you hold the position. Once you're comfortably in a pose, you'll stay there for several delicious minutes. The longer the stay, the deeper the release! No previous yoga experience is necessary. Stick around afterward for hot apple cider!
